Wedding weekend itinerary template

Your wedding website has the schedule, but nobody's checking it at 2:40 PM to find out which farm the ceremony is at. This template puts the whole weekend, welcome drinks through farewell brunch, in a spreadsheet and publishes it as a calendar feed guests subscribe to with one tap from your website or invitation.

Every event lands on their phones with the right time and a mappable venue address. If the shuttle time changes on Friday, you edit one cell instead of texting forty relatives. Guests never create an account or download anything.

  • Put the subscribe link on your wedding website and in the invitation email. Guests tap it once and the whole weekend is on their calendar.
  • Use full venue addresses, not just names. Out-of-town guests navigate from the event's location field, and “Willow Creek Farm” on its own won't route them.
  • Notes is where dress codes and who's-invited go, like “Wedding party only” or “Semi-formal”. It shows in the event description before anyone has to ask you.
  • Add shuttles as their own events. A 2:00 PM “Shuttle to Ceremony” entry is harder to miss than a note buried in the ceremony description.

Questions

Do guests need an account, or to download something?
No. Subscribers never need an account. The subscribe page has one-tap buttons for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook, plus a plain feed link for anything else. It works fine for grandparents.
The shuttle time might change the day before. What happens?
Edit the cell and the event updates in place on every subscribed calendar, with no duplicate. Apple and Outlook usually reflect it soon after the feed refreshes. Google Calendar refetches on its own schedule and can lag up to 24 hours, so for true day-of changes, tell the group chat too.
Is our wedding schedule public?
The subscribe page and feed are only reachable by their link. They aren't listed in any directory or gallery. Share the link the same places you share your wedding website and the same people can see it.
Does this cost anything for a single weekend?
The free plan covers it: one feed, up to 50 events, which is several times what a wedding weekend needs. The sheet can come from a Google Sheet share link, a CSV URL, or a table you paste in directly.
